Who Are We

The Good Ideas Man was established in 1998 by Peter Mullane. The boutique mortgage broking service provides personalized solutions for all types of borrowers. Residential, Commercial, Refinancing and Purchasing services. The Good Ideas Man also has an in-house conveyancer Cate Huang who can deal with the legal side of things.

Peter Mullane the principle of the Good Ideas Man has a marketing degree from UTS and has a Certificate in Conveyancing from Macquarie University. Peter has the experience you need when negotiating with banks and sorting out property purchases. Peter has an in-depth knowledge of the processes involved depending on the transaction type being undertaken. This understanding reduces stress and puts the odds in your favour for a formal approval first go.
